Enzo won’t be the first or the last to share his take on his newly found league dubbed “English Premiere League”.
After his successful Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, which saw his country (Argentina) won the enviable laurel saw Chelsea bid to sign Enzo from his club Benfica (Portugal).
Chelsea signed Enzo Fernandez for £106.8m. The astute midfielder affirmed that the English Premier League is faster and more physical than Portuguese league.
Enzo Fernández: “The Premier League is a very tough league. I came from the Portuguese league where sometimes you play more with the ball. Here the game is faster and more physical.
So I’m adapting step by step.
“I know it’s going to take me time but I have the support from my teammates and coaching staff so I can adapt quicker and better here.”
