Ghana’s most decorated rapper popularly known as Sarkodie has confirmed that Black Sherif called him (Sarkodie) to be on his latest project christened “Jamz”.
The rapper who’s currently on his media tour to release his much-awaited 7th studio album featured top Ghanaian arts, Nigerian and Jamaica.
Known in real life as Michael Owusu Addo, the rapper spoke to 3MUSIC flagship program “Culture Daily” affirming that his international superstar “Blacko” called him (Sarkodie) to be on his Jamz album.
According to him … big shout-out to my superstar Blacko, Blacko hits me up last minute of this project landlord I’ve to be on this Jamz.
With ten songs on the Jamz album, the Sark Nation Boss, aside from Blacko had the likes of Cina Soul, Oxlade, Joe Boy, Lojay, Kranium, and King Promise, among others, featuring in some of his songs.
Ahead of his album release, the father of two (Sarkodie) released a new single titled ‘Labadi’ featuring King Promise ahead of his upcoming Jamz album.
The two-time BET award winner Jamz Album is a blend of mid-tempo Afrobeats and Amapiano rhythms.
